M.B.I. is a commercial masonry contractor servicing the entire state of Florida with concentrations in the West Coast & Central Florida. Commercial projects of all types are welcomed, with residential construction limited to multi-family structures.

Masonry Builders has built its reputation on challenges. With an extremely strong supervisor staff, there is no project too large for our staff to handle, but we also pay fine attention to the smaller projects as well. With the steady growth philosophy, we have managed to balance multi-million dollar projects as well as small projects less than $100k and many others in between at the same time.

With this approach, we have formed a knowledgeable supervisory staff. Most jobsite supervisors with MBI, have been with the company for a minimum of 7 years in the supervisor positions. Our supervisors are constantly being complimented by our General Contractor customers, as knowledgeable and aggressive.

This positive mental attitude that the job can and will be done with a team work approach, is one reason we are selected as repeat subcontractors with several General Contractors.

We have performed the masonry scope on several signature projects. Many of which are also award winning projects: Tampa Stadium (a.k.a. Raymond James Stadium), Brandon Town Center, Citrus Park Town Center, Blake High School, Legends Field (a.k.a. N.Y. Yankee Spring Training Facility), the Marriott Convention Hotel in Tampa, & over 30 Wal-mart Stores throughout Florida, to name a few.

We have maintained a low overhead to keep our pricing competitive, and also to be more hands on than larger companies where many key officers are unaware of the progress of the current jobs.
